On the afternoon of December 31, 2024, the 2024 Annual Appreciation Meeting of Teclean Industrial Co.,Ltd. was grandly held in Disheng Park. All employees gathered together to review the hard - working years in the past and look forward to the grand blueprint for the future.

At the opening of the annual meeting, Mr. Lin Shenghao, the chairman of Teclean Industrial Co., Ltd. delivered an inspiring New Year’s speech, highly praising the remarkable achievements of the company in the past year. During this year, the company scaled new heights in business expansion. It successfully entered several new overseas markets, such as the Europe, and reached in-depth cooperation with key customers. The annual sales volume witnessed a robust 20% year-on-year growth, achieving remarkable results. Meanwhile, on the path of innovation and research & development, the company has been forging ahead steadfastly without any slack. Owing on its outstanding scientific research strength and innovative achievements, it has won multiple honors in one fell swoop, such as the National High-tech Enterprise, Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, and Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprise. These honors have not only significantly enhanced the company’s market competitiveness but also laid a solid foundation for it to move towards the leading position in the industry, guiding the company to progress steadily towards its long-term goals.

The award ceremony, as the highlight of the annual meeting, attracted much attention. Various awards such as the “Cooperation and Assistance Award”, “Quality Protection Award”, “Cost Control Award”, “Best Performance Award”, “Lifetime Contribution Award” and “Outstanding Employee Award” were announced one by one. Many outstanding employees and teams from the production front line and logistics support positions stood out and received glorious recognition.They, as the mainstays in the clothing field, vividly interpreted the spirit of craftsmanship and noble professional qualities with their exquisite professional skills and selfless dedication spirit, setting brilliant examples for all employees and inspiring everyone to strive hard and compete vigorously in the new year.

On the stage, the programs directed and performed by the employees themselves were staged one after another, all of which were truly wonderful. The affectionate poem titled “I Love Being with You So Much” and the energetic medley performance instantly ignited the enthusiastic atmosphere at the scene. The humorous poetry recitation brought waves of laughter from the audience, and the lively and cheerful dances were so dazzling that people could hardly take their eyes off them. The final chorus even pushed the atmosphere of the whole venue to a boiling point. The people on the stage and those in the audience became one. In the midst of laughter and cheerful voices, the friendship among the employees grew deeper, and the cohesion and centripetal force of the team were significantly enhanced, fully demonstrating the versatile and enterprising spiritual outlook of the people .
