In July this year, Teclean Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully completed the Sedex social responsibility audit. As an integrated garment enterprise combining R&D, manufacturing, and trading capabilities, we have consistently embedded labour rights, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics into every stage of our daily operations. Through a standardized management system, we actively respond to the sustainable sourcing requirements of both domestic and international customers.                  

The audit conducted a comprehensive review based on the four key pillars of Sedex. Multiple core operational data points and management systems were recognized by the auditors, and Teclean received the assessment of “Robust Management Systems.”

This Sedex 4-Pillar audit covered four key dimensions: labour standards, health and safety, environment, and business ethics. Through on-site inspections, document reviews, employee interviews, and other multi-dimensional assessment methods, the audit team conducted a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation of Teclean’s operational management system. Teclean Industrial Co., Ltd. performed strongly across all core areas.
In terms of labour management, Teclean strictly implements compliant employment practices, standardizes the entire process of labour contract management, attendance and payroll administration, and overtime approval, and has established a sound employee communication and grievance mechanism. Regular training on employee rights protection and anti-bullying is also carried out. Stable and people-oriented management has enabled Teclean to maintain an annual employee turnover rate that remains at a relatively low level within the industry, laying a solid workforce foundation for stable production, consistent quality control, and on-time order delivery.
